And for our Scary Women (Writers) square...

The Victorian Chaise-Longue - Marghanita Laski, P.D. James

Getting a bit of a late start on the Halloween Bingo, mostly because I really, really didn't like the first few pages of the book (_Tamsin_ by Peter S. Beagle for the Black Cat sqaure) that I originally planned on tackling.

I discovered _The Victorian Chaise-Lounge_ roughly two minutes ago and know absolutely nothing about it, aside from the fact that it's from the 1950s, it's gothic and disturbing, involves time-traveling furniture, and the writer is a woman.

Here's hoping it's as great as it sounds!
